Anchoring Induction program Efficiently to ensure effective assimilation of new joinees.

- Ensuring process compliance across locations- India

- Liaison with all induction anchors and provide guidance and support to ensure effective new joinee assimilation

- Manage the in-house Leadership connect Program ensuring allocation and program enhancement

- Effective & Timely communication with all stakeholders

- Vendor Management

- Leadership Induction Management

Key skills required :
