Role of Lead - Assessment Team

As Lead - Assessment Team, your role would primarily be to take ownership of end to end delivery of assessments for corporate clients.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead a team to develop high-quality assessments for corporate and institute clients

- Consult and engage with clients for all assessment related queries

- Use Data Analytics to do periodic checks on reliability and validity and use it for continuous improvement

Experience

- 4 – 8 years in designing and delivering assessments and at least 1 year in handling a team

Desired Qualifications / Traits

- At least an Engineering degree, plus MBA preferable

- Understands assessments and its usage in hiring process

- Skilled in using tools like excel, word, power point

- Strong in logical abilities

- Very Good communicator – verbal and written

- Process and detail oriented
