Job Description :

- Understand business processes and find solutions to automate and execute using standard automation tools and programming languages.

Description :

- Provide a vision and strategy for infrastructure services, enable innovation, and seek to capitalize on IT trends that can create business value in line with the company's digital vision and expectations company.

- Build, cultivate and effectively engage a competent team as part of this strategy and help define governance methodologies, frameworks and models, including meeting needs, objectives and goals. automation-related priorities and metrics.

- Effectively engage key stakeholders both inside and outside the IT organization.

- Efficiently manage automation budgets by ensuring quick delivery and accurate forecasting.

- Develop and review automation goals as part of the IT roadmap. Establish quantifiable KPIs to illustrate progress, success

- Understand the DevOps process and Agile development cycle with Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD)

- Capable of leading the team on integration, automation, and continuous configuration.

- Development of automation orchestration using comparison/analytics tools with business needs

- Have in-depth and solid knowledge of scripting and programming in any programming language((Python, Perl, Shell + AWK, TCL, etc.)

- Understanding cloud technology and infrastructure virtualization (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, NFV, SDN)

- Help increase efficiency and developer lead time by implementing a CI/CD system

- Infrastructure technology lifecycle expertise, including version management for a variety of technologies

- Have a good understanding of networking (switching, dynamic routing protocols, static and rule-based routing , etc.) and communication protocols (REST, SNMP, SOAP, etc.).

- Have experience in managing IT infrastructure services (Wintel / Storage / Middleware / Backup / IAM) and should manage 1 or 2 distributions operating in these areas.

- Experience API integration with monitoring, predictive analytics and self-healing application tools

- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform

Profile :

- 12 -18 years of experience in automation and orchestration tools that support large enterprises' IT infrastructure

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Proven experience in building and leading DevOps and cloud engineering teams

- Experience with cloud management platforms, preferably hybrid multi-cloud.

- Experience with deadlines, milestones and project management

- Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organization; gain trust and build cross-cutting relationships

- Lean and Six Sigma skills

- Strong team member with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
