Lead Architect - FinTech Startup - IIT/NIT

Looking for a Lead Architect for a new start-up in FinTech space.

The current boost in digitization and demonetization created huge potential in FinTech domain, especially in lending space.

With an aim to serve the underserved and genuine people who are not rich enough to get the attention of large banks but hardworking and honest enough to pay their loan on time. Even after a lot of efforts by government, these people are still not the customer of large PSU or multinational banks and left to the mercy of moneylenders. With the help of technology to keep the operating cost lowest and weed out the fraudsters, this huge segment of customers can be served efficiently. Though there may be a couple of companies recently started in this domain, our target customer segment is totally different and unique. There is a good amount of venture capital interest in this domain. However, I would prefer to go with bootstrapping initially and can think of this option later.

We are a team of two people now. One is a BE(NIT) and IIM graduate with 12+ years of work experience in Finance and Strategy in multiple industries in the multi-cultural global environment and another is a BE(NIT) and born sales and operations guy. He is a multi-talented person with 14+ years of experience in IT related field; currently taking executive classes at IIM Bangalore to honing his skills for this big opportunity.

Looking for

- A Lead Architect who is enthusiastic about working with a start up.

- Ready to accept challenges to start and build a business from scratch.

- Prior experience of 6-12 years in software product development, mobile app development and managing developer teams

- Preferably from reputed colleges in the country

- Based out of Bangalore or Candidates who wish to move back to Bangalore.

Currently, the business plan has been finalized and frozen, few vendors are onboard (enough to go for a great start) and customers have been identified.
