Position : Lead Architect

Exp : 2-8 yrs

Location : Noida

Only from IIT/NIT/BITS Pilani

CTC : UPTO 38 L

Responsibility :

- Set objectives and strategies for the IT department

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help op-timize their strategic benefits

- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience

- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization

- Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers

- Direct and organize IT-related projects

- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage

- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions

- Lead and manage the Software Development to deliver software, infrastructure and architecture that meets the needs of users.

- Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development of existing and new team members

Required Skillset :

- Experience in architecting developing eCommerce applications.

- Hands on knowledge of Python, RDBMS, NoSQL, REST APIs and Javascript frameworks such as VueJS/ReactJS/AngularJS/NodeJS etc.

- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web / Mobile applications.

- Experience working in microservices architecture, web services and cloud technologies.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and design principles in software development and ap-plication security such as SOLID principles, OWASP Top 10 etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solution-focused with a problem-solving can-do attitude to work.

- Team spirit and good communication abilities.

- Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
