- You have strong understanding of regression and other machine learning techniques and have experience with various implementations like Python, R, Matlab, SAS, SPSS, etc.

- You have worked with complex unstructured datasets that require you to combine your experience of data analysis and data science with strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, and Scala etc.

- You have worked with large (streaming) data sets and built mathematical models for time series analysis to drive significant business impacts.

- You can write efficient queries for MySQL and/or NoSQL DBs like MongoDB and/or Lucene based search-engines like ElasticSearch, Solr, etc.

- You understand the HR ecosystem (or online ads, e-commerce, finance, etc.) and have good intuition of what's relevant and worth highlighting

- You have knowledge of Big Data ecosystems and concepts like MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, etc.

- You have created compelling data visualizations.

- There is at least one project on your resume that you are extremely proud to present.

- You have a relevant qualification in either Computer Science, HR, Economics, Operational Research, Mathematics or Statistics

- You have at least 4 years- experience in driving projects, tackling roadblocks and navigating solutions/projects through to completion.

- You have well-above-average written and verbal communication skills.

- Interacting with our client's HR leads to enable greater insights into understanding their people and businesses
