Head of Analytics
- In charge of driving the day-to-day analytical approaches and exploring solutions to business problems
- Management and long-term prioritization of the business's overall analytical needs and opportunities
- Define business questions that need be answered and define analytics models
- Identify relevant data sources for analysis and stakeholder management
- Oversee development real-time, daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term reporting and insights
- Build & Manage team of data analysts
- Do A/B testing of various product features
An ideal candidate will possess following:
- Highly developed skills for problem solving and strategic thinking
- This role requires working directly with senior management team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Result oriented and ready to take ownership
- Prior experience in E-Commerce, retail, or FMCGs preferred
- Ability to synthesize data and present in actionable manner
- Experience of team management, SQL, dashboarding using (Tableau)
