Client is a well known Pvt sector Bank and is rated among its peers. The candidate will join the Strategy &amp; Digital team of the bank. This team is responsible for driving the digital transformation and the candidate will have a very high visibility role. Role specs : The candidate will be responsible for the following : 1. Leverage analytics to drive insights for optimizing acquisition strategy, credit costs, loan amounts, pricing for the retail assets of the bank 2. Develop and maintain models for underwriting loans to individual customers and entities 3. Design and deliver solutions to pitch the right offer to the right customer through the right channel to ensure maximum conversions 4. Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on exposure to analytics including collecting, pushing, and preparing data, building statistical/ML models using Python/R/SAS &amp; other tools and generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture 5. Build application/behaviour/propensity scorecards leveraging traditional and ML techniques 6. Communicate the context and value of data analysis and models to stakeholders 7. Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies Candidate specs : 1. 2+ years of related experience 2. MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics or related field 3. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills 4. Good communication skills 5. Predictive modelling skills, both traditional and ML techniques 6. Knowledge of SAS/Python/R
