Responsibilities: Enhance the existing lead scoring algorithms to target prospects most likely to convert thereby increasing revenues and sales efficiency. 1. Apply product data analytics to increase revenues through user to lead funnel conversion as well as enhance customer delight 2. Conceptualize and launch lookalike segmentation and other prospecting techniques to improve lead quality from paid marketing campaigns thereby improving cost of customer acquisition. 3. Apply NLP techniques, adapt relevant chat software and generative AI technologies to increase automation of customer service query handling. 4. Perform cluster analysis and RFM segmentation on existing customer base to launch retargeting campaigns to meet revenue goals. 5. Own the entire ML Ops lifecycle by providing functional leadership to data engineers and partnering with DevOps to implement and drive adoption of data science solutions. Requirements: Must Have: 1. 7-9 years' of overall analytics experience with minimum 2-3 years' experience as a hands on data scientist and minimum 2-3 years working with business functions to drive growth 2. Good comfort across the full spectrum of data science workflow from data gathering and preparation, EDA, model train-test-validation, deployment, monitoring and ongoing enhancements. 3. Good comfort with cloud ML Ops workflows and data engineering frameworks using Python 4. Good comfort with pandas and scikit-learn Python modules 5. Proficiency in handling unstructured and semi structured data. 6. Basic knowledge of Flask API framework in Python. 7. Minimum 2 year experience in managing junior analytics team members (data analysts / data scientists). 8. Comfort with a fast paced startup environment characterized by ambiguity and demonstrated ability to drive conversations with the entire spectrum of stakeholders. Good to Have: 1. Working comfort with NLP toolkits like NLTK, Spacy and their applications in text analysis, sentiment mining. 2. Exposure to Deep NLP frameworks - Seq2Seq architecture, RNNs, Tensorflow / PyTorch with a willingness to deep dive into the latest developments in the space and implement relevant aspects as per business requirements. 3. Prior working knowledge with a BI tool like Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Qlik
