Lead Analyst/Principal Analyst - Private Credit - Corporate Credit

Analyst/Senior Analyst - Private Credit for one of our H-fund company.

Locations: Hyderabad, bangalore, Gurugram

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Analyze the credit quality of private corporate credit issuers.

- Prepare financial models, investment write-ups, and due diligence reports.

- Form independent opinions on investment attractiveness.

- Articulate findings clearly to senior management and borrowers.

- Conduct independent company research across sectors

Requirements:

- Master's degree in finance or CFA/CA.

- 2-15 years of public/private credit or investment advisory experience.

- Excellent fundamental corporate credit analysis skills.

- Exceptional technical and analytical skills (modeling, underwriting, research, memo writing).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Attentive to detail, self-motivated, and excellent stakeholder interaction.
