Lead Analyst/Principal Analyst - Corporate Development

We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Corporate Development team within our Financial Research group based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India.

This group works closely to provide high quality and in-depth support to new business development and strategy research to enhance the decision-making processes of the firm's global Corporate Development team.

What you'll do day-to-day:  

- Research into new trading and asset management businesses.

- Market sizing and market research for new trading and asset management businesses.

- Build business models for possible firm expansion efforts.

- Track qualitative and quantitative data regarding key hedge fund and other asset management competitors.

- Attend and report on bank, consultant, and expert calls.

- Aid data analysis efforts by collaborating closely with the firm's technology development teams

Who we're looking for:

The ideal candidate should : 

- Have an MBA in finance or comparable qualification

- 5-10 years of experience in investment research, hedge funds, asset management, or private equity (preferably covering U.S. or European markets)

- Exposure to financial services, consulting, and/or strategy

- Excellent communication skills
