Lead Analyst - Lending Services - Bank

- Supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as:

- Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit - metrics calculation

- Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)

- Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant - Met/Breach results

- Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews and populating credit application templates.

Inclusions are :

- Business Overview

- SWOT analysis

- Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)

- Covenant performance

- PD/LGD analysis

- Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV,

- Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guidelines

- Collateral analysis

- Analyze key points highlighted by rating agencies, reasons for rating changes etc.

- (Applicable for corporate connections)

- Providing Ad-hoc support to credit managers

- Mentoring and training of new joiners and acting as a subject matter expert for SBA/BA team members.

- Handling 2-4 FTE's and managing their performance and development

- Handling Client calls and periodic communication
