Lead Analyst - Business Intelligence

- Define the short/ mid and long terms BI/ data strategy

- Develop data pipeline for the IT team so that they can evolve the overall data architecture in line with BI strategy

- Provide expertise to IT team for the design & developments analytics, advanced marketing analytics, data science , performance reporting

- Consultancy and advisory services to project managers, business analysts, data analysts and developers on making best use of the data architecture

- Collaborate with business to translate their requirements into right analytical problem statements

- Develop and provide support to various business teams by creating customized reports, statistical analysis of sales/ Marketing data and data interpretation

- Manage the architecture, design, implementation and support of the applications used for BI reporting & dashboarding

- Understanding how the information flow as the enterprise architecture evolves and what kind of data will be required by the business teams for measuring their performance measurement

- Track key sales & marketing metrics, develop new reports.

- Clearly outline the business requirements into technical requirements to productionize the dashboards. Follow through the project execution by SI team

- Work with scrum masters, product owners, data architects data engineers/ analyst to build BI capabilities from the ideation phase to launch phase

Candidate Background :

- B.E./ B-Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology with strong logical thinking capability

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of BI dashboarding & reporting for Sales & Marketing function.

- Technical knowhow of SQL/NoSQL + Proficiency in Python/R /SAS

- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau and/or Power BI.Ability to provide business - insights by leverage available datasets to enable decision making
