Lead Analyst - Broker Dealer - Audit/Accounting

- Broker/Dealer experience

- Should have experience in FOCUS, 15c3, FINRA, SIPC-6 and SIPC-7, SEC Reporting

- A minimum of 3+ years of Controllership/accounting/finance preferable big 4's and experience in a relevant industry

- Highly proficient in Microsoft excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge in US GAAP, SEC disclosures, Fixed Assets

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile accounts and collect repayments for intercompany balances

- Lead for onboarded Repayment Portal inquiries and resolution for all entities

- Fixed Asset subledger accounting through to DRP reporting

- DRP prep (needs SEC/10K/Q, audit experience)

- Clean up accounts (Asset/Liab)

- Forecast support

- TIC reporting

- Equity Healthcare / BSP (1)

- Monthly and quarterly reporting for Equity Healthcare

- B/D financial statement prep including disclosure checklist and audit support

- Create automation solutions
