Lead/AGM/DGM/GM - Electrical & Control - System Design

Responsibilities:

- Must have delivered E&E, Electrification (EV for Drive, implement functions) and Control Software for Products / Machinery in industries like Off-Highway, EV Commercial & Automotive from concept to design to development.

- Management of hardware development like electronic controller, sensors, Lights, Wiring Harness etc

- Develop Machine Electrical schematics and work with Harness team for release of machine harness.

- Work with Software team to implement Machine Software Requirements in production environment.

- Manage and lead electrical & control design team of Access platform team.

Required Skills:

- Extensive experience in Electrical & Electronics system engineering in off Highway machines/ Automotive vehicles

- System integration experience, defining interfaces, requirements, specifications at Machine and component level

- Experience in managing a system engineering team across the product development lifecycle

- Experience in leading engineering teams in programmes and in technical proposals preparations

Qualifications:

- Masters/ BTech in Electrical / Electronics

- 18+ Years of hands on experience in working on E&C System

- Domain experience in Automotive/Off Highway Area.
