Lead Advisory - Financial Services

Should have exposure into following :

- Financial Advisory

- Financial Modelling

- Financial Projects

- Pitch Books

- Deal Advisory

- Valuation

- Preparation of deal collaterals & financial projection

- Work on engagement proposals and pitch packs

- Should be able to manage the deal life-cycle (Assistance in review of LoI / Term sheet, Preparation of Data Room, Managing Due-diligence etc)

- Should be able to work with the markets team in the periodical release of sector based knowledge reports
