The Partnership team is looking for an assistant lead/ lead, acquisitions, will work with the acquisitions team to build strategy, design engagement and onboard industry members value chain members in construction and textiles in collaboration with members within and outside the organization.
Specific responsibilities and duties include:
- Acquisition of industry partnerships in constructions
Co-create the industry acquisition and execution strategy by:
- Understanding the gaps in industry worker welfare by extensive primary and secondary research
- Developing unique value propositions, communications materials such as pitch decks and proposal and develop budgets for investors and real estate companies
- Building a buy in within the organization on onboarding and engagement with partners
- Onboarding of partners by finalizing MOU/LOIs as appropriate
- Designing hand off SOPs from acquisitions to program implementation
- Prior experience of designing and managing large scale multi stake holder events would be an added advantage
- Research & Analysis
- Conducting research and business analysis of construction and philanthropy by:
- Conducting prospect research and presenting leads to engage with;
- Leveraging existing networks to build a stakeholder map of key influencers in both construction and philanthropy.
- Design long-term strategy to achieve the program's long-term goals
- Co-develop strategy on engaging with international and domestic investors
- Develop an innovative value proposition to drive partnerships for the program
