Key Responsibilities : 1. Support all areas of Accounts Payable, including but not limited to, managing, training and mentoring the Finance Team/AP Specialists. 2. Owner of company treasury processes and confirming all inter-company are posted appropriately. 3. Process weekly check run, including AP packet and cash forecast. 4. Ensure ongoing refinement of processes through sound management which may include the incorporation of new technology or scaling for growth. 5. Ensure smooth transparent operation, accurate records, and accurate and timely postings. Oversee accuracy of information maintained in ERP 6. Prepare general ledger reconciliations and GL account analysis; ensuring balances are accurate, sufficiently documented and meet accounting requirements. 7. Active leader in internal and external audits, including preparation of required schedules, analysis and footnotes and responding to auditor inquiries. 8. Assist with special short and long term projects 9. Develop or enhance as well as maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Qualifications and Experience : 1. Chartered Accountant/MBA/CA(Inter) with 7 to 11 years of work experience in the relevant domain (AP) 2. Experience in large setups/conglomerates 3. Team Management Experience
