Lead - Accounts Payable

BNC is hiring for shared services set up for AP Lead role for Gurgaon location

1. Support the team creating/ changing the Purchase order in SAP on the basis of PR & Comparative statement for all categories like Raw materials, Resale, Services, Transport, CAPEX, spares, consumables, etc.

2. Managing the Invoice processing cycle (Park, Post, Payment) along with timely vendor reconciliation

3. Identify, and understand the open purchase requisitions, and comparative statement and create PO based on the same.

4. Coordinate with stakeholders like PtP RO Lead, PTP, GSS Leads, Finance Lead, C&F agencies, vendors, transporters and resolve the queries

5. Manage individual team members performance, identifying the training needs of the team and ensure nominations

6. Manage allocation of work to members of the team, back-up, and leave/ absenteeism planning

7. Identify potential sensitive issues and escalate it to the appropriate level

8. Act as a first point of contact for escalation and resolve issues with PtP processes

9. Improve operational efficiency by exploring new ways of working through process improvements

10. Innovate ways to automate process by rolling out quality initiatives

11. Adherence to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed with the business in the area of Accuracy, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction

12. Ensure a 'customer centric' and 'partnership approach' to develop strong relationships with other working groups

13. Effective communication of issues across the GSS and working groups

14. Service delivery processes are documented and reviewed regularly to ensure its appropriateness. Keeping up-to-date with changes to policies and procedures.

15. Transformation and change management and stakeholder engagement

Desired Candidate Profile

1. CA / MBA Finance having 8-10 years of experience. Basic technical education would be an added advantage

2. Knowledge of the internal core processes. (SAP , Concur)

Must have expertise in SAP S4 Hana and MS-Office

3. Prior work exposure in shared services setup is required

4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
