Hiring for a leading leisure travel brand We are looking for an Accounting & Compliance Lead to supervise, track, evaluate & deliver Accounting and Compliance activities of our company. The main responsibilities include establishing control and accuracy over accounting deliverables, Tax compliance and supporting for audit. Ultimately, you should be able to recommend accounting & tax strategies that comply with laws and promote our company's financial well-being. Job Responsibilities : - Lead monthly book keeping and accounting close as per accounting policy - Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Coordinate and complete annual audits - Improve financial systems and processes & initiate corrective actions wherever required - Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions - Lead monthly, quarterly and annual Tax filing compliance - Organize and update the company's tax and ROC database - Stay updated on regulatory and legislative changes Requirements and Skills: - Hands-on experience with accounting software and booking keeping procedures - Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel - Keen attention to detail and Accuracy - Strong Compliance and Control mindset - Ability to accurately process numerical data - Excellent time management skills, Team Management and Problem-solving attitude - Degree in Finance & Accounts with relevant work experience
