Looking for a 360-degree Marketing Professional for a fast-growing Consumer Tech Company to lead their marketing initiative in the Gulf Region.
The role is based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own Marketing for a fast-growing Consumer Tech Company within the UAE market - spearhead brand, social media, creative, digital, CRM, PR, alliances
- Conceptualize the overall marketing strategy, along with the annual operating plan
- Creating the marketing calendar across the year - to achieve the Campaign Objective amongst user acquisition & retention, growth marketing, traffic acquisition, app downloads, brand salience and sales promotion
- Develop and completely manage the marketing budget, across all verticals, and closely monitor it.
- Lead the responsibility for Brand Equity Metrics & TOM scores - Conduct & monitor periodic Brand health checks, to ensure continuous improvement in funnel metrics & Equity scores
- Carry out periodic User Insights studies / research - qualitative & quantitative - to gain intelligence on consumer behavior
- Create the social media identity for the brand in UAE market specifically, and manage daily engagement though content buckets, conceptualized & designed by the team
- Devise overall BTL strategy in the market, along with a operating BTL calendar, with objectives, budgets, and execution being tightly monitored on a daily basis
- Own the consumer journey and the Product experience, across all touch points - Website & App - and work closely with cross-functional teams (Product) to ensure attainment of funnel objectives
- Monitor market share and competitive landscape, to ensure leadership position, along with constant focus on measures to grow the overall market
- Oversee & form local & global agency partner relationships - creative, production, research, media, social, BTL - to ensure maximum value delivery
Candidate Profile :
- Has minimum 7-9 years of marketing experience
- Should have 5 years heading marketing for a consumer tech brand
- Led the Marketing function for the UAE market (preferred)
- MBA / post-graduation, a must
- A strategic thinker, who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
- Successfully led & managed marketing teams
- Analytical & data-oriented mindset.
