Responsibility:
- Plan sales and marketing strategy for each and all projects.
- Develop network and engage with various stakeholders & promote sales.
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
- Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector.
- Understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
- Hire, motivate, mentor and manage the sales team.
- Sell residential properties in the market & generate revenue.
- Responsible for the P&L and cash flow of the projects.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
- Understand the business model & get new mandates for the company.
- Manage daily sales and operations tasks and activities.
