We have an opening for L&D Specialist role with a leading Multinational Organization in Internet Industry.
Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore
Responsibilities -
- Conduct training needs analysis for the team using surveys, interviews and other modes to understand the soft skills training requirement.
- Create the quarterly training calendar based on the business needs
- Manage logistics and coordination for the training programs
- Manage the training MIS for the team – including creating courses, assigning courses, giving credit for the course completion etc.
- Design the training content based on the training needs and business requirements for ongoing business needs.
- Create customized trainings based development programs.
- Deliver training programs to the front line associates and leads.
- Program manage the roll out of centrally driven L&D program like the Leads Program and the manager training calendar
- Evaluate the training all the soft skills training programs and identify the areas of development.
- Engage with the India and Global L&D teams to develop new program.
Desired -
MBA(HR) preferably from XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD, premier B Schools with 2-4 Years of experience in L&D.
MNC experience preferred.
