- 5-7 years of experience in Corporate transactions in Real Estate practice, reviewing real estate due diligence.

- Law firm experience mandatory

- Experience in negotiating, drafting transaction agreements

- Independent transaction experience

- Team handling experience

- Experience in Real Estate laws , RERA , some exposure in Real estate Litigation will be an added advantage

- Preferred candidates are from Law firms with experience in handling Real estate transactions, due diligence, documentation, negotiation of contracts and agreements.

- KANNADA speaking , reading and writing skills mandatory
