Lawyer - Property/Real estate

Must have:

1. Knowledge of Law especially in Land and Revenue department (relevant experience is counted).

2. Knowledge of the real estate.

3. Should be able to read and speak Marathi language.

Roles & Responsibilities / Profile Details:

1. Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on matters related to real estate, and relevant regulatory compliance.

2. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

3. Liaise with external legal counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

4. Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Handle legal aspects concerning the Revenue Department and maintain updated knowledge of related laws and procedures.

6. Interpret and comprehend Marathi language documents and correspondence effectively.

7. Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal guidance and support in various business activities.

Requirement:

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a legal capacity with the law firm or practicing lawyer.

2. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

3. Should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and be capable of working independently as well as within a team.
