We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (Lawyer) - LLB to help us expand our clientele Job Description : - Identify and implement sustainable improvement plans for operational, commercial and financial metrics within the Firm's business development and marketing initiatives. - Lead and train the team in charge of deal reporting and submissions to directories. - Lead the Media engagement efforts of the Firm, along with a dedicated resource and the Firm's external PR agency. - Lead and train the team maintaining databases of the Firm's engagements. - Assess and explore various marketing opportunities and make recommendations on their worthiness for the Firm. - Having good knowledge and understanding of branding, communication, website and market intelligence.
