To manage Strategic operator alliances for Lava for Feature Phones and Smartphones: 1. Alliances : a. Work closely with Lava product team & leading Indian operators to make Lava product proposition more valuable for our customers through operator bundled offers. b. Lead the partnership strategy for Lava feature & smart phones by evaluating competing offers across operators & strategic intent. 2. Business : a. Deep understanding of operator business model, current market focus & strategy. b. Analysis of offers rolled out by monitoring our new activations & total customer base. c. Participate in Industry events and conferences to understand industry trends & update Lava team accordingly 3. Consumer Understanding : - Understanding consumer needs to arrive at the right bundled proposition. - Regular consumer interaction through market visits. Market understanding 4. Product GTM Strategy : - Prepare concrete GTM Strategy for the bundled offer. - Close-looping end-to-end GTM management right from GTM planning to execution. - Creation and implementation of processes for GTM of products - Ensure sales team and channel training is conducted in right manner. - Ensure RoI measurement of GTM initiatives Desired Skills and Competencies: 1. Strong communication and project management skills 2. Strong analytical skills 3. Should be able to plan and manage deadlines 4. Strong Collaboration skills 5.
