Lava International - Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

This person of investor relationship management will need to ensure an effective two way communication between current and future investors and the company. The person will play an active role in preparing the organization for fundraising exercise, private and/or public. The job also involves identifying opportunities for strategic alliances, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and do the initial assessment/due diligence of the same before presenting these opportunities to the leadership team.

- In-depth knowledge of all financing products including project finance, ECB, bonds, structured finance etc.

- Periodic Investor interactions and communication to keep them abreast of the latest developments, result declarations, investment pitches and query resolutions

- Strong corporate finance, debt raising, bond, credit rating experience

- Work with stakeholders across functions to collate the data for investor presentations and reporting

- Strong control on financial modelling, business understanding

- Doing in-depth market study, analysis, preparing reports

- Development of the company's M&A strategy and investment plan

- Identify acquisition targets and strategic partnership opportunities

- Strong presentation skills

- Strong excel and powerpoint skills along with strong communication and presentation

- Flexible, adaptable, passionate, business partnering approach
