Key Result Areas: - Review of annual budget for IT purchase - Manage Purchase activities for IT Projects - Oversee all activities related to procurement for IT department from Purchase requisition through delivery of the material and services - Well versed with purchase processes: RFQ, Quote comparison based on TCO, contracts/PO. - Good knowledge of supplier base for IT software and Hardware - Good technical knowledge of latest IT products and technology - Negotiate with suppliers based on internal benchmarks, market intelligence - Ensure commercial closure of IT requirement as per agreed TAT (Turn Around Time) with all the stake holders - Contract Management and resolution of vendor claims - Manage IT purchase team - Well versed with Latest purchase processes / Practices - Manage all the stakeholders (Internal and External Customers) - Plan, organize and control spend management activities - Prepare, review and issue purchase contracts and change notices - Prepares and reviews contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications - Having knowledge and skill level to manage IT projects - Prepare and circulate MIS reports relating to cost savings, spend budget vs actual, TAT
