CTC Offered : 7 - 10 LPA  Key Responsibilities  - Responsible to implement recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions  - Ability to work in a virtual environment  - Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt roles to exceed the needs and expectations  - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure Pipeline is accurate  - Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates especially in niche roles  - Ability to work in a fast paced environment  - Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.  - Heavy Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the need, resolving problems, participating in TA meetings and maintain a high level of stakeholder management and satisfaction  - Recruit for different corporate functions of the company   - Coordinating with multiple stakeholders - both external and internal  Desired Skills & Competencies:  - Atleast 2-6 years of experience  - Excellent communication skills  - Extreme sense of urgency  - Detail Oriented  - Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices  - Excellent customer service delivery  - Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills  - Candidates with working knowledge of specialized domains like IT / Software development/Applications, Hardware/ Industrial design etc  - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
