Close-looping end-to-end GTM management right from GTM planning to execution of GTM

Creating and implementation of processes for GTM of products

Ensure sales team and channel training is conducted in right manner

Ensure ROI measurement of GTM initiatives

Deep understanding of the retail universe - category of outlets, no of outlets per category, placement norms etc.

In-depth understanding of competitive product portfolio

Conducting data analytics price segment wise and geography wise

Gathering product and market insights through regular interaction with customers and trade

Enabling sales team by ensuring timely product information dissemination

Monitoring stock levels and generating product triggers

Tracking performance of products using standard statistic tools
