- Create Talent Management philosophy & Strategy for the organization to meet current and future talent needs.

- Develop robust and comprehensive capability development strategy at organizational and individual levels to cater to present and future skill requirements.

- Conceptualize and roll out Lava Leadership Academy.

- Work with stake holders to create lean and efficient organizational design and structure.

- Work with Brand to align culture to brand values to create an outside in Culture.

- Establish processes and frameworks to facilitate accelerated and well-rounded learning experiences and growth for identified talents.

- Partner with PMS vertical and establish process to manage performance and career stagnation.

- Establish TNI matrix for entire sales organization.

- Partner with TA, PMS and HRBP verticals to create modules to expand people management bandwidth of line managers.

- Establish processes to identify and groom in-house talent assessors and SMEs for cost effective and in-house learning interventions.

- Establish a culture of continuous learning by leveraging digital avenues.

- Partner with relevant stake holders to create Lava Leadership Academy.

- Partner with business to identify business critical roles and a strategy to strengthen talent health and avoid business disruptions.

- Partner with TA, HRBP and PMS vertical to create processes to ring fence critical talent and proactively manage employee churn.

- Partner with business to periodically review and align organizational structure and design to business context.

- Strong conceptual bandwidth and learning agility.

- High on drive.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and multitasking.
