Job Description:
The primary purpose of the role holder is to implement the organization's learning strategy for all the employee cadres of the organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Implement Learning Strategy to enable Business Strategy of the organization
- Design and implement structural Interventions for enabling Leadership Development in the organization
- Analyze development needs, formalize priorities & develop roadmap for action including curriculum design, development & management
- Ensure timely & effective execution followed by rigorous feedback to improve the above stated approach
- Structured programs for development of customer facing employees (recruiters, admin staff, LAVA retail executives etc.)
- Use organization development/effectiveness tools and practices as required to accelerate organization, leadership, team and individual performance
- Program manage the implementation of enterprise-wide Learning initiatives
Desired Skills and Competencies :
- Experience in Learning & Development Function is mandatory for a year
- Candidate should exhibit strong ability to think and conceptualize
- Exposure to OD concepts, diagnosis, and execution of key business interventions is preferable
- Candidates with facilitation skills will be required
- Should possess excellent verbal, written communication skills and consultative approach to problem solving skills
Ideal Candidate :
- MBA in Human Resources from a tier 1 institute; 1-3 years of work experience (in case of tier 2 institute; 3-5 years of experience will be required)
