GTM Quality:
- To understand and fine tune the GTM process continuously along with the Product and Marcom team
- To create the framework for the measurement of various GTM initiatives/ activities at both the levels: Design and Execution
- To develop an internal team of associates to audit the implementation of GTM initiatives on ground
- To execute audit/ measurement of the GTM initiatives
- To come up with performance evaluation against developed benchmark of a particular GTM initiative
- To come up with specific insights and improvement plans for future activities based on the analysis and measurement of the current campaign
Qualitative Research:
- To develop In House ability to conduct Qualitative Researches
- To understand the research requirements of the organization from key stakeholders (Product, MarCom, BUs etc.) and to work on the following:
- Research Brief
- Research Design
- FW Schedule
- Conduct Qualitative Research Session, and
- Prepare Report based on the findings
- To coordinate with external Market Research agencies on projects out of the purview of In House Research
- To interact and coordinate with the In House Research team to design the follow up/ related research
- Mentor the team members on the Qualitative Research techniques
