Job Description & Key Result Areas  - Will manage the entire enterprise sales (Pan India) to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.   - To manage monthly / quarterly sales targets by enterprise accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.  - To identify potential business and go to market territory strategy to create qualified multiple account  - Develop relationships with high net worth customer, CxO level Business and Technical Decision Makers, Drive solution sales scenarios through understanding the customer's long and short-term strategy, the industry, and the competition.  - Drive pursuit strategies including precise opportunity close plans working closely with the Account and Specialists Teams.  - Orchestrate both Customer and Lava's key resources in a virtual team environment to define solution vision and achieve desired business outcomes.  Desired Skills and Competencies  - Successfully sold into large Enterprise companies.  - Preferred who has set up a new business vertical and must have an entrepreneurial mindset   - 10+ years of enterprise solution sales experience selling Laptop/Desktop products  - A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.  - Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.  - Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.  - Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manages multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.  - Good Time Management, Cost Management and Target Driven   Ideal Candidate  - Must have 10+ years of experience In Enterprise Solutions Sales in Laptop/Desktop domain  - Must be a full time graduate from a Tier 1 college  - Must have handled and worked at Pan India level
