5. Outlet Segment wise & Apps wise profitability forecasting, budgeting & reporting to be shared with management.

VAS & Application is newly introduced Department in Lava, under this umbrella we are going to build a retail distribution of apps & VAS services to end consumers which will be an essential part of this department.
