- Drive accessories product sales nationally  - Setup sales channel for accessories business and enroll new distributors  - Coordinating with internal sales teams and channel partners  - Manage accessories product lifecycle and stocking  - Plan product launch and manage GTM activities in support with BM and partners  - Co-ordinate product shipments and stocking with distributors  - Co-ordinate with distributors and further TM's for product placement   - Manage availability of products and logistics  - Co-ordinate with internal product teams for new product planning and market feedbacks   - Coordinating with BM/SCM teams for raising PO's released to vendors  - Co-ordination with sales teams for product assessment and performance  Desired Skills and Competencies  - 2 to 3 yrs. of experience  - Should have past experience in sales operations  - Experience in handling/working with inter-departmental teams and business functions  - Should have experience in managing business independently  Ideal Candidate  - Previous work experience in similar work domain  - Experience in sales planning  - Experience in GTM planning  - Experience in channel and distribution management
