Role and Responsibility :

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Full knowledge of Raw Material flow in an Electronics Manufacturing Unit

- Prepare the Reservation based on production plan and issue of material from ware house.

- Receiving of the material from the store and proper accountability of the material.

- Shift wise reconciliation of the A-class components.

- Ensure the material consumption of material on the production line is as per defined QPS in Bill of material (BOM) of the product.

- Ensuring the timely confirmation of the production order in SAP.

- Booking of the scrap in the system against the production order.

- Responsible for the rejection movement form the floor to ware house on shift basis.

- Ensure the material availability of the raw material for the production line within the time frame.

- Ensure the timely movement of SFG and FG from floor to ware house.

- Ensure the no stoppage of lines due to the shortage of material.

- Responsible for the production confirmation in SAP and regularly updating the MIS and circulation of the report.

- Maintain the 5's in the storage location of SFG & FG

Key skills:

- B-Tech - At least 6 - 12 years of industrial experience

- Good working knowledge in SAP System especially Material movements and posting

- Good command over Excel & PowerPoint Tools

- Good data analytical and presentation skill

- Good working knowledge in Computer.

- Good Knowledge of ISO System.

- Expertise in material handling.

- Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external.

- Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
