The AMEA Development Center India provides hybrid, blended, and online curriculum design and development services to Laureate institutions in India, AMEA, and eventually the rest of the world. The Director will build and manage the team, and ensure outstanding delivery of services and products to Laureate clients. This will involve the development, with Laureate assistance, of robust process for client relationship management, vendor management, and project management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include:

1. Refine and implement the ADCI strategy to provide efficient, timely, and high quality development services to Laureate institutions.

2. Build and manage a high-performance team to deliver on the Center's strategy.

3. Lead the development of collaborative client relationships that will allow the Center to understand and meet clients- strategic needs, establishing a culture of trust and transparency

4. Lead the development of vendor relationships that will allow the Center to scale its operations efficiently and reliably in response to client demand.

5. Lead the implementation of robust practices for the management of product quality, development projects, development budgets, intellectual property, and vendors.

6. Collaborate with other Laureate centers to leverage best practices and robust processes for the Center's operations.

7. Oversee the Center's annual plan and budget, coordinating with Laureate clients to ensure sustainable operations.

8. Ensure compliance with all relevant Laureate policies, standards, and practices.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1. Master's degree in business, education, or allied field; doctorate preferred

2. Ten years- experience in related fields such as higher education and publishing

3. Eight years- experience in curriculum and content design and development

4. Five years- experience in a senior management role

1. Supervises ADCI Team Members

3. Coordinates with Laureate India leadership team members

4. Provides service to Laureate institution academic leaders at the VC, Rector, or Dean level

5. Coordinates closely with Laureate Network Office members and Laureate development center leaders
