Roles: Senior Business Analyst Job Location: Chennai Job Description: - Liaise with product manager to understand their needs and scope using epics and user stories. - Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements - Prioritize requirements/user story and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups - Master strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques - Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving - Requirement management, Planning & Monitoring sprint deliverable / validating outcome. Required Skills: - MUST have 6+ years of exposure in product management in a bank or NBFC. - 10 to 12 years of overall working experience. - Experience of working in Agile Scrum Environment is preferred - Experience with Behaviour-driven development/BDD model is preferred - Strong Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills - Experience in Business case development and Modelling techniques and methods. - Experience working in retail and SME domain in India in must - CBAP- certification will be plus
