Work Location: Jogeshwari (E), Mumbai. This position will require travel for business purpose

Key Responsibility Area:

- New Business Development and seeking new clients for Laqshya Group. As desired candidate should be able to source group marketing opportunities.

- Building Database of Prospects and regularly maintain & monitor the same

- Seek Company related information- Hierarchy, identifying upcoming stars to be able to generate new business for the group and create pipeline for the organisation

- Sending New Biz mailers & response monitoring

- Industry information and constant upgradation to seek business opportunities

- Brand expertise - Analysis & Recommendations

- Presenting Laqshya Group at various business pitches

Key Competencies Required:

- Business Development & Account Planning (prior exposure to Key Account Planning is essential)

- Knowledge across various Media Platforms

- Good presentation skills & knowledge of Brands/Agencies

- Constantly keeping an eye in Industry Updates

- Go Getter Attitude with good Leadership abilities

- Creative in giving ideas & solutions

- Strong Convincing Skills

- Business Acumen & Analytical Skills

- High on Integrity and Business Ethics

- Work independently, should be able to handle stress and pressure at times

- Pleasant personality with a strong communication skill to be able to present to senior and executive level corporate & decision makers

- Proven track record on handling clientless

Salary: Rs.18-24 Lakhs (depending your current package). Can go beyond for the right candidate.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation is required. Candidates with master's or any other additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Branding will be preferred.

We would prefer candidates who can join us on immediate basis or within a months time.
