Lapiz Digital Services - Manager - Inside Sales

- Inside Sales - Create a database of prospective customers and contact them to showcase our service offering and capabilities. Reach out to influencers/ decision-makers in the client organization via conference calls, emails and other communication modes.

- Revenue Generation - Convert all prospects/leads into closure. Ensure the business target numbers are met. Responsible for both new business development and incremental sales from existing customers.

- Transition - Manage the projects effectively and ensure smooth transition of the processes into India.

- Profitability - Ensure all projects are profitable.
