Expectations from the Role -&nbsp; - Extensive knowledge about compensation and benefits design and implementation. - Ensure compensation and benefits programs are in alignment and totally supportive of Lanxess's mission, vision and Total Rewards philosophy. - Analyze, design, implement, and report on all compensation, incentive, and benefit plans, programs and policies - Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and team member leaves - Supervise team members involved in compensation and benefit administration - Identify opportunities to leverage outside consultants and brokers. Evaluate and maintain relationships with brokers and vendors. - Perform job analysis, evaluation, market research, and analysis of salary rates with respect to compensation levels for the organization, and provide recommendations for job pricing and compensation offers. - Master in Job Evaluation with Hay Methodology. - Should have worked in an MNC (Cultural fitment - Ability to work in a global framework and connect with colleagues from different countries - Lead team communication and education regarding compensation and benefits. Thorough Knowledge of relevant labor laws and its impact on C&amp;B. - Stay apprised of industry trends and identify opportunities for enhancement to existing policies, practices and plans - Prepare and monitor the annual budget for compensation and benefits Experience you'll need: - 10+ years in a Total Rewards manager role in a fast-paced, high-growth MNC. - Experience managing Total Rewards for companies of over 10\LJM00+ employees with employees in varying countries is highly preferred - Experience in both public and private company Total Rewards design is highly preferred - Advanced skill level in Excel, including use of V-Lookups, macros and pivot tables - Experience with compensation and advance compensation in Workday is highly preferred - Experience using Radford compensation survey data for compensation benchmarking is highly preferred Qualification &amp; Experience Required : - University Degree from a recognized university with Post Graduate Diploma/MBA/MMS in Human Resources Management. - Relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits 8-10 yrs Position Title : Specialist - Total Rewards and Relationship Management. Leading Key Activities : - Annual Increment Cycle - Promotion Cycle - Participate in market surveys/ salary benchmarking. - Creation of Pay Ranges. - Job Evaluation - Hay Methodology. - Review, analysis and designing of the various bonus/ incentive programs. - Expatriate Management. - Reward and recognition Policy Making. Key Activities : - Budgeting (Headcount/Personnel Cost/Primary Cost) - SAP Knowledge. - Taxation. Competencies/Requirements : - Strong analytical ability. - Communication and influencing skills. - Sharp Thinking and an eye for detail along with meticulous approach to work. - Strong excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of data. - Should have worked in an MNC - High Level of Integrity.
