About the Role :
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar tech support role.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Prompt, strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in UK/US time zone (Nightshift)
- Should be based out of Bangalore
- The candidate will be required to be present in the office from time to time for an initial 2-3 months for training purposes so candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred.
