SUMMARY:
As the corporate SPOC, ensure execution of talent management and development interventions/training programs across all regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Assessments & Talent Pipeline Management
- Corporate SPOC and program manager of Assessment/Development Centres (ADCs) across regions
- Conceptualizing and setting up the processes for ADCs & Talent Pipeline Management
- Ensuring the adherence to timelines and providing relevant reports on ADCs & Talent Pipeline
2. Management & Graduate Trainee Program Management :
- From conceptualizing to execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of the program as a program manager
- Setting up the process for the identification and selection of Management & Graduate Trainees across regions and ensuring the execution through the Regional Leads
- Managing the Management & Graduate Trainee Development Programs
- Designing Assessments as per Management & Graduate Trainee Development Framework
3. High Potentials Program Management :
- From conceptualizing to execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of the program as a program manager
- Setting up the process for the identification and selection of High Potential employees across regions and ensuring the execution through the Regional Leads
- Managing the High Potential Development Programs
- Designing Assessments as per the High Potential Development Framework
4. Competency Framework & Mapping :
- Creation of KEAs (Key Effort Areas) and mapping them to KRAs (Key Result Areas)
- Mapping the KEAs against the Competencies (Behavioural/Functional/Domain/Leadership)
- Calibration of Competency Measurement Scales for Assessments
5. Others :
- Identify and partner with consultants for behavioural training programs/behavioural interventions
- Conduct orientations and/or feedback sessions for High Potentials, Management & Graduate Trainees as required
- Ensure the achievement of the IDPs of High Potentials, Management & Graduate Trainees
- Drive Talent Reviews and 9 - Box Mapping across regions to ensure timely closure
- Be part of any special projects & ensure successful implementation of the same across regions (CHR Capability Building etc.)
