Program planning:  - Interacts with relevant program stakeholders and the Head of Strategic Projects to develop a detailed program charter outlining goals, allocation of tasks and deliverables.  - Completes a work breakdown structure involving all business units and functions to estimate the required resources for tasks and develops a program schedule to identify deadlines for task completion  - Communicates and proactively promotes the given project/ task including vision, objectives, benefits, etc., with key Group, BU and Functional stakeholders.  Program management and reporting:  - Manages the resolution of program related issues and controls scope effectively by ensuring changes are documented, approved and implemented.  - Develops tangible KPIs for measuring the completion and quality of program delivery by resources  - Manages the tracking and reporting of program progress, and produces weekly flash reports to be communicated with the relevant stakeholders.  - Controls program information management, consolidating, cataloging and storing all program documents.  Training and mentoring:  - Leads, coaches and motivates program team members  - Develops and distributes relevant tools, templates and worksheets to support program execution  - Facilitates sharing of best practices across BUs and functions.  Qualifications and Skills:  - Minimum Masters degree qualification in a commercial/business discipline from an institute of repute  - Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Arabic skills are an added plus  - Analytical thinking & problem solving mindset  - Expert communications skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence challenging audiences including senior executive stakeholders.  - Strong leadership skills and adept at involving and motivating team members in order to complete cross functional projects on time with tangible impact  - PMO and project management skills  - Expert in information management with proficiency in anticipating key parameters and performances trends  - Advanced relevant computer skills (MS Office, PM tools like BaseCamp)  The role would be based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), however is expected to travel to Saudi Arabia atleast 60% of the time.
