Senior Executive Creative
Creative Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership to the Creative department, setting the creative strategy in alignment with the brand's fast-fashion identity.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the execution of creative projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visual content.
Campaign Development:
- Lead the ideation and execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand's image and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns across various platforms.
Trend Integration:- Stay ahead of fashion and design trends, translating insights into creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- Infuse trend intelligence into the brand's visual identity and design language.
Quality Assurance:- Uphold and enhance the brand's visual identity by ensuring the highest standards of quality in all creative outputs.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure consistency and excellence in visual content.
Cross-functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other departments to align creative initiatives with overall brand strategies.
- Provide art direction and support to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Team Development:- Foster the professional development of the creative team, ensuring continuous growth and skill enhancement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's capabilities.
Budget Management:- Manage and allocate budgets for creative projects efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Monitor expenses and work towards cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Extensive experience in creative leadership roles within the fast-fashion industry.
