KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop behavioural training programs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives that address both individual and organizational development goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain current and effective.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with Regional HR heads, Regional Business Heads, Territory Operations Head, Regional TT Lead and other key stakeholders to understand organizational needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultants, trainers, and experts in behavioral science.
Training Delivery:
Behavioral:
- Facilitate behavioral training sessions, workshops, and interventions to various retail roles in the organization.
- Utilise a variety of training methods and explore new ways of imparting behavioural and functional training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral training programs, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Measurement and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement metrics to assess the impact of behavioral training programs on individual and team performance.
- Regularly analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement
People Management:
- Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure high engagement levels
