SUMMARY

Lead and initiate marketing activities for the region in line with brand attributes to deliver on marketing KPIs that facilitate business to reach targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Store Launch

- Be aware of the media channels, competition and customer profile for the region and share insights with the relevant stakeholders

- Provide formal brief to the event agency with clear deliverables

- Undertake mall recci, shortlist space for branding activities and work with corporate marketing team for implementing branding activities

- Manage creation of a concept to generate PR and press Interest

- Monitor the implementation of marketing activities in new store vis a vis planned output

Season Launches

- Manage alignment of season launch theme and communication with regional communication

- Manage the creation and execution of BTL ideas

- Oversee execution of POS, mall branding and outdoors to create fashion imagery of the brand

- Manage change of in-store visuals before the season launch date (POG launch date)

Consumer Offers

- Create a regional consumer offer calendar based on the KPIs

- Proactively plan consumer offers to address business issues and implement

- Report cost benefit analysis of consumer offers to the relevant stakeholders

LMR

- Create a customized LMR plan for the region and drive the same

- Tie up with relevant brands to increase LMR enrollments and contribution

Regional Marketing Calendar

- Define the regional marketing calendar along with budget and drive implementation

- Analyze store performance and take required actions (from a marketing perspective)

- Deploy best practices and successful marketing initiatives across the region

- Analyze marketing initiatives of competition in the region and share insights

- Manage creation of black book of all creatives for learning and reference

- Implement brand campaigns to keep up the imagery of brand

- Drive promotions at stores in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders

- Manage BTL activation within the region to enable stores to achieve their KPIs

Budgeting

- Manage the marketing activities within the budget allocated

- Optimize costs through effective planning and execution

- Align the vendors to the SOPs of the organization and drive adherence

MIS

- Manage generation and sharing of MIS reports as per defined norms and timelines

People Management

- Select the right team members

- Set expectations and give regular feedback to team

- Provide adequate support and motivate the team to deliver on the job

- Guide, coach, train and develop the team
