Landmark Group - Regional Commercial Manager

- Manage commercial operations with accurate and timely analytics, compliance and protect company's assets

Business Development and Profitability:

- Provide support to the Regional Manager Operations in business development activities by preparing the project feasibility reports

- Provide support for new store opening as per SOP

- Monitor the profitability of the stores and drive cost optimization

Commercial Support:

- Manage the end to end commercial and inventory requirements of the stores

- Monitor store expenses to ensure budgetary control and escalate exceptions

- Manage compliance to internal audit and monitor implementation of required actions highlighted in the audit

- Analyze and provide first level approval for all store promotions, cost benefit analysis and process notes

- Negotiate with all service providers on store administration expenses

- Manage end to end controls with respect to store commercial operations

Statutory Compliances :

- Manage timely adherence to all required statutory remittances and compliances

- Manage procurement and renewal of requisite licenses and registrations for existing and new stores

Inventory Management :

- Manage adherence to inventory SOPs with respect to stock takes, stock audits, SAD

- Manage and ensure shrinkage, damage and negative inventory are within the prescribed limits

- Manage and monitor reconciliation of inward and outward inventory from RDCs to the Hyper Market (T3)

- Monitor the inventory requirements for promotion activities

Franchisee Reconciliation :

- Manage the billing, margin sharing and reconciliations with the franchisees as per defined intervals

- Manage store statutory compliance with franchisee owners

- Calculate the sales tax for franchisee stores and ensure that same is paid

- Monitor and ensure all payments to franchisee stores are made as per the agreement
